To keep transit times short, our fulfillment network scans and secures batches quickly. You may request modifications or cancellations within 2 hours of checkout by emailing support@jerseyvix.com. Once an order passes this window and enters the automated laser geometry and sorting stages, it cannot be recalled or adjusted.

Our standard international transit matrix estimates delivery between 7 to 15 business days after shipment release, depending on your destination country's custom clearings. Full tracking codes are delivered via email automatically as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier service.

Our baseline prices do not include individual local import duties, VAT, or territory-specific processing surcharges. Any destination clearance assessments must be handled directly by the importer of record according to local custom regulations.

We provide a clear 30-day return policy that begins the moment tracking confirms delivery to your address. We charge zero restocking fees for clean returns. To qualify for a full refund, items must remain unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

If you are returning an item due to a sizing preference or change of mind, you will cover the return shipping costs. However, if our automated sorting nodes miss a defect or send the wrong size, we will issue a prepaid return label immediately.
